Welcome to Lafter. By accessing or using lafter.gg or the Lafter desktop companion app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By using Lafter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using Lafter immediately.
Lafter is a statistical analysis and drafting companion for League of Legends. It displays publicly available match, summoner, and league data retrieved through the official Riot Games API, alongside analysis we compute from that data (win rates, champion pool trends, team composition scoring, and similar). Lafter does not modify game files, automate in-game actions, or interact with the League of Legends client in any way.

Lafter's optional desktop companion, the Lafter Connector, reads data from your own local League of Legends client while it's running and streams it to your Lafter dashboard in real time — such as your current champion select or in-progress game state — so your web dashboard can display it live without you needing to alt-tab. It reads only what your own currently-running client already exposes locally; it does not access anyone else's account, read game memory, inject into the client process, or automate any client or game actions.
You may be required to create a Lafter account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another user's account. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time from your account settings.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Violate Riot Games' Terms of Service or API policies.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Lafter or the data it displays.
Use Lafter to harass, scout with malicious intent, or otherwise abuse another player.
Post or share any illegal, offensive, or harmful content through Lafter's shared features.
All original content on Lafter — including our design, code, and computed analysis features — is owned by GangDev or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of it without permission. Data retrieved from the Riot API remains subject to Riot Games' own terms and ownership.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lafter if you violate these Terms.
Lafter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Match and account data is sourced from the Riot API and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate at times outside our control. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of Lafter.
Lafter relies on the Riot Games API to function and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third parties.
Your use of Lafter is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
